Another great product

I was concerned that this unit would not work well for me as I wear hearing aids. If I had to remove them, where would I put them at the scene of an emergency without risk of losing them. The scope works well even with my hearing deficiency, but would like to have something that doesn't require me to take out hearing aids. Is there such a product?
