Is the mfimedical.com checkout process secure?

Yes, our website is protected with the most secure encryption available. Your privacy is important to us, and this encryption ensures that your information stays private, safe, and secure.

Does MFI take orders over the phone?

Yes, our medical specialists are available to answer all of your questions, process orders over the phone, and send a formal quotation for you to review at your convenience. Feel free to contact our medical specialists anytime from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. (PT) at (800) 633-1558.

Does MFI accept purchase orders?

Yes, purchase order numbers can be optionally added to your order during our secure online checkout. Purchase orders can also be emailed to info@mfimedical.com or faxed to (858) 831-7721. MFI offers terms to approved customers. New customers can email or fax a copy of a purchase order to become approved for terms. This approval process is quick and easy.

Does MFI process international orders?

We do accept international orders. Orders can be placed online, over the phone or through email. Acceptable payments include bank wire, credit card, and paypal. To get started on an international order, please email desired products (with product numbers, if possible) and respective quantities with complete shipping address and contact information. Upon receipt of this information, our team will reach out with any questions and provide a quotation and payment instructions.

Shipping & Order Tracking Questions

How can I check my order status?

MFI strives to keep customers as updated as possible. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as orders are processed and shipped. MFI will notify you if there are any delays longer than the stated lead time, providing alternative options, as available.

Are expedited shipping options available?

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. If you're facing a time constraint, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. Our specialists will contact you via phone or email with the expedited shipping cost and options prior to processing your order. Additionally, MFI is able to ship using the customer's shipping account if requested.

Does MFI ship internationally?

Yes, MFI ships internationally on a daily basis. MFI is not responsible for duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments. We recommend that our international customers contact their local authorities to calculate these charges and make sure that the goods can be imported into their country. MFI can also ship with a customers' shipping account, send dimensions and weight for a shipping label, or ship to a shipping forwarder in the U.S.

Which shipping carriers does MFI use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, R&L Carriers, STI Van Lines, and more. We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best price available, but are always happy to select your preferred carrier for shipping if desired.

How do I track my order?

Depending on which carrier your order is being shipped with, you can track your order either by inputting your tracking number into the following websites, or you can give us a call at (800) 633-1558 to get updates on your shipment:

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to receive after your order ships. Your tracking number can be found in the email we send you after your order has been processed and shipped.

Warranty, Return, & Cancellation Questions

What is the warranty on products sold by MFI?

Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty information can be found on each product page below the add to cart button. Please refer to individual product pages and the "About Us" Page for further information.

Does MFI offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by emailing info@mfimedical.com. If you received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our team, and we can ship you a replacement of the exact item. Additionally, let us know if you would like to exchange an item for another.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting us at info@mfimedical.com or by giving us a call at (800) 633-1558. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment, however, this does not apply to special/custom orders.

What is MFI Medical's return policy?

The return period for returnable products is 30 days from date of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization by MFI. Please review our return policy, where you will find more detailed information about returns. To request a return, please fill out our return request form here.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after return has been received.

Does MFI price match?

Yes, MFI has a team dedicated to searching the web and offering the lowest prices possible. If you find a lower price on factory new equipment from one of our competitors, please send a link to the equivalent product or a copy of the quotation with a lower price to info@mfimedical.com. Our specialists will review and contact you to complete the order at the new price. Price matching with MFI will ensure you will get the best price, paired with our high quality customer service.

Certified Equipment Questions

Does certified equipment come with a certificate of conformance?

MFI strives to lessen our environmental impact through limited use of paper, however, we are able to provide a certificate of conformance for your medical equipment purchase upon special request. You can add this request to the comments on your order during checkout, or email your request to info@mfimedical.com. Additional information about certified pre-owned equipment can be found here.
