Does MFI accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, purchase order numbers can be optionally added to your order during our secure online checkout. Purchase orders can also be emailed to info@mfimedical.com or faxed to (858) 831-7721. MFI offers terms to approved customers. New customers can email or fax a copy of a purchase order to become approved for terms. This approval process is quick and easy.

Does MFI process International Orders?

We do accept international orders. Online orders can be made through the MFI Medical website if PayPal is your preferred payment method. For payment via bank wire, cash, or direct deposit, orders must be processed over the phone or through email. To get started on an international order, please email desired products (with product numbers, if possible) and respective quantities with complete shipping address and contact information. Upon receipt of this information, our team will reach out with any questions and provide a quotation and payment instructions.

How can I check my order status?

MFI strives to keep customers as updated as possible. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as orders are processed and shipped. MFI will notify you if there are any delays longer than the stated lead time, providing alternative options, as available.

Are expedited shipping options available?

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. If you're facing a time constraint, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. Our specialists will contact you via phone or email with the expedited shipping cost and options prior to processing your order. Additionally, MFI is able to ship using the customer's shipping account if requested.

Does MFI ship internationally?

Yes, MFI ships internationally on a daily basis. MFI is not responsible for duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments. We recommend that our international customers contact their local authorities to calculate these charges and make sure that the goods can be imported into their country. MFI can also ship with a customers' shipping account, send dimensions and weight for a shipping label, or ship to a shipping forwarder in the U.S.

Which shipping carriers does MFI use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use DHL, FedEx, Global Logistics, Nation Wide Equipment Transportation, R + L Carriers, UPS, UPS Freight, USPS, or others. We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best price available, but are always happy to select your preferred carrier for shipping if desired.

How do I track my order?

Does MFI offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by emailing info@mfimedical.com. If you received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our team, and we can ship you a replacement of the exact item. Additionally, let us know if you would like to exchange an item for another.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by contacting us at info@mfimedical.com or by giving us a call at (800) 633-1558. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment, however, this does not apply to special/custom orders.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund.

What is MFI Medical's return policy?

The return period for returnable products is 30 days from date of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization by MFI. Refer to the "About Us" page or email orders@mfimedical.com for further information or to request for a return.

When will I get my refund?

Typically, returns are processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded about 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Yes, MFI has a team dedicated to searching the web and offering the lowest prices possible. If you find a lower price on factory new equipment from one of our competitors, please send a link to the equivalent product or a copy of the quotation with a lower price to info@mfimedical.com. Does Certified Equipment come with a certificate of conformance?

MFI strives to lessen our environmental impact through limited use of paper, however, we are able to provide a certificate of conformance for your medical equipment purchase upon special request.
