MFI has always been wonderful with timely delivery, description of products, and great quality. Unfortunately, this time the order was fulfilled by HK Surgical, and the product and return process was more than poor. The cleaning brushes are approximately 6 inches long, which would be great if my cannulas were the size of a toothpick. I have requested a return label twice after waiting on hold and being transferred each time and still have not received
