Description
Sklar's Michel Applying and Removing Forceps are thumb forceps with a single spring mechanism that is used to apply and remove surgical clips. Clips may be applied to wounds and removed when healing is complete or they may be used more temporarily as part of a procedure to stop blood flow. This instrument has serrated edges so the clip can be gripped tightly for proper placement and secure removal. The overall length is 5 inches.
