Description
Sklar's Katzin Corneal Transplant Scissors are primarily used for cutting corneal tissue in Keratoplasty procedures. The blades are different lengths, and available curved right or curved left to maximize the precisin of cutting. The blades with right curvature are used for making incisions inferiorly, whereas the blades with the left curvature are used for making incisions superiorly. The double spring handle is fenestrated with three holes to make the instrument lighter overall and cause less fatigue for the user. This product has small blades, strongly curved to the left. It also features a stop to avoid damage to both the tissue and the instrument due to excessive pressure while cutting. The overall length is 4 inches.
