Sklar Edge Tungsten Carbide Mayo-Stille Dissecting Scissors feature tungsten carbide inserts that are permanently bonded to the scissor blade. This provides an exceptionally hard and durable cutting edge and increases the overall life the instrument. Mayo-Stille Dissecting Scissors have blunt tips and are available curved or straight. The edges are rounded which permits deeper dissection of tough tissue. Sklar Edge scissors are differentiated from other scissors by the handle of two gold coated finger rings. This product is curved with smooth, blunt/blunt tips, and an overall length of 5-1/2 inches.
