Sklar's Converse scissors are a non-ratcheted finger ring plastic surgery instrument used in rhinoplasties. The angled profile aids in manipulation of soft tissue around the nasal dorsum, adjusting for the individual's contour. This product is available with sharp or blunt blades. The length of the Converse scissors is similar to the Cottle, but with shorter shanks.
