Sklar's Cleveland rongeur is a heavy duty forceps for gouging out bone or removing tough tissue. It is available straight or curved, and in two different lengths.The Cleveland also has both side cutting and end cutting versions. This is the single action spring plier handle type, similar to the Dean, Luer and Olivcrona.
