Description
The Joerns Classic Standard Veneer 42" Bed Panels are designed to improve both the functionality and appearance of Joerns long-term care beds, including the WeCare, UltraCare XT, and EasyCare models. They are available as a complete headboard and footboard set or as a standalone headboard, featuring a durable, high-quality wood veneer finish in attractive options such as Quartered Oak, Cordovan, Bayou Walnut, and Spiced Cherry.
Important Note: These are the Standard Veneer bed panels ONLY. Joerns highly recommends that this kit be purchased at the same time as a bed. However, it is not necessary for the functionality of the bed.
Warranty: 90 Days.
In addition to their decorative design, these panels play a key role in supporting pendant control systems. When used with a Standard Staff Control pendant, they allow for essential bed adjustments. When paired with the AdvancedCare pendant, compatible with UltraCare XT and EasyCare models, they enable enhanced features such as Auto Transfer Height, Trendelenburg, ComfortChair, and Gravity Assist repositioning. Although the panels are not necessary for basic bed operation, Joerns recommends them to ensure full system compatibility, improved safety, and a more comfortable, home-like appearance in care environments.

Each Bed Panel Kit includes a choice of headboard, footboard, and control pendant.
Headboard Only - includes the headboard ONLY. No footboard or standard pendant or AdvancedCare pendant is included.
Headboard and Footboard - includes the headboard and footboard ONLY. No standard or AdvancedCare pendant is included. The headboard and footboard are not necessary for the functionality of the bed.
Headboard and footboard with standard staff control and hand pendant - Is not compatible with AdvancedCare pendant (see below for AdvancedCare option).
Headboard and footboard with AdvancedCare staff control and hand pendant - AdvancedCare Pendant provides additional functions, such as Auto Transfer Height, Trendelenburg, ComfortChair, and Gravity Assist repositioning modes.
